RE-REGISTRATION OF UNDERGROUND HARDROCK QUALIFICATIONS
The following qualifications will reach their registration end date on the 16th of August 2010:

National Certificate: Mining Operations: Undeground Hard Rock at NQF Level 2 (NLRD ID 58739) with Fundamentals at ABET Level 3; and

National Certificate: Rock breaking: Undeground Hard Rock at NQF Level 3 (NLRD ID 58739) with Fundamentals at NQF Level 1.
SAQA has agreed to re-register the above qualifications on the NQF exactly as they are (without any changes or amendments) for 3 years effective from the 17th of August 2010. Details of the re-registered qualifications will be available on the SAQA website after the 17th of August 2010.
