If your organisation does not belong to the MQA and its core business is within the mining and minerals sector please undertake an inter-SETA transfer.

 

An inter-SETA transfer is the transfer of an employer's SDL number(s) from one Sector Education and Training Authority (SETA) to another. The transfer also enables the re-classification of employers with SETAs by the Department of Higher Education and Training (DHET) and the commissioner for SARS.

 

 

Non levy paying enterprises (SDL exempt organisations) whose core business falls within the mining and minerals sector are welcome to register as MQA-NLPEs.
